Química de los Pavimentos ofrece al mercado toda una nueva gama de emulsionantes catiónicos y aniónicos para fabricar emulsiones bituminosas de rotura rápida, media o lenta; basándose en un proceso original de síntesis, que produce unos polímeros orgánicos con grupos amino y propiedades tensoactivas.

In addition, the polymeric composition of our emulsifiers allows the use of paraffinic bitumen as binders in the manufacture of bituminous emulsions, with good results in the preservation of pavements.

Cationics

PREBIT 100 L is a cationic emulsifier for manufacturing quick and medium breaking bituminous asphalt emulsions. It is liquid at 25ºC, which provides notable handling advantages. The emulsions made with PREBIT 100 L are used in adherence irrigation, curing irrigation, gravel irrigation and the manufacture of cold open mixes.

PREBIT 90 L es un emulgente catiónico para fabricar emulsiones bituminosas asfálticas de rotura rápida y media.  Las emulsiones fabricadas con PREBIT 90 L se utilizan en riegos de adherencia, riegos de curado, riegos con gravilla y fabricación de mezclas abiertas en frío.

POLYBIT ABM es un emulgente catiónico para fabricar emulsiones bituminosas asfálticas de rotura lenta. 

POLYBIT ABM-2 es un emulgente catiónico para fabricar emulsiones bituminosas asfálticas de rotura lenta. 

POLYBIT QPS-E has been designed to produce cationic asphalt emulsions with controlled breaking which, thanks to the balance between the hydrophobic and hydrophilic parts of the emulsifier, present excellent adhesiveness towards all types of aggregates.

 

POLYBIT QP-30 is an emulsifier prepared to manufacture slow-setting cationic bituminous emulsions, made up of an organic polymer with amino groups and surfactant properties.

Due to its original synthesis process, POLYBIT QP-30 contains a higher percentage of secondary amino groups than the usual cationic emulsifiers. It is obtained in the form of an aqueous solution, which provides significant handling advantages in the manufacture of asphalt emulsions.

THERMOBIT SYSTEM 24 es un emulsionante para la fabricación de emulsiones bituminosas catiónicas termoadherentes.

It is incorporated into the aqueous phase as a normal emulsifier and is perfectly soluble in water. It is used for the manufacture of cationic bituminous emulsions with the aim of reducing the penetration of the residue and, at the same time, increasing the softening temperature of the binder.

Anionic

VINDEX 33 es un emulsionante para emulsiones aniónicas de rotura muy lentas y muy estables empleadas en la fabricación de slurry embidonable o productos impermeabilizantes. También se utiliza en emulsiones para estabilización de suelos, riegos antipolvo y fabricación de lechadas bituminosas con áridos calizos.

VINDEX is a non-ionic emulsifier used for very stable emulsions. It is also used as an additive for asphalt bitumen to improve emulsifiability.

It is an emulsifier for very slow breaking and very stable anionic emulsions used in the manufacture of embeddable slurries or products
waterproofing. It is also used in emulsions for soil stabilization, anti-dust sprinklers and the manufacture of bituminous slurries with limestone aggregates.

 

QP TO2 is an emulsifier for fast and medium breaking anionic emulsions used in the manufacture of adherence sprays, gravel sprays, cold agglomerated, etc. This product is also used to facilitate the emulsifiability of bitumen.
